Little Words Project paid campaign
Originally created for my brand Neon Pink, then licensed by Little Words Project — running continuously on their paid campaigns for months.
I'm Florence Boza. For 19+ years I've built consumer brands at Mattel, Kimberly-Clark, and Unilever, across North America, Latin America, and Europe. Brand strategy, social, creator programs, the full system. What makes me different is that I never stopped doing the work itself. I can write the strategy in the morning and shoot the content in the afternoon. That's why my strategies actually ship.
Work with me on strategy, a senior contract role, or hands-on content.

A handful of highlights from across brand channels, paid campaigns, and partnerships.

Building brands across markets and languages.
I have built brands across North America, Latin America, and Europe, in more than 10 markets, in two languages. Fluent English and Spanish. MBA, plus a dual degree in Child Psychology and Education, which is why family and kids brands are home turf.

Much of my work lives on brand channels rather than my personal page. This portfolio shows a small selection of my content experience, creative direction, and social strategy. I have thousands of additional videos and concepts that reflect the way I think, create, test, and build content for brands.
Before leading social for global brands, I founded a children's book and toy brand in Central America. I built the audience on social media before the first store opened. I signed partnerships with HarperCollins, Usborne, and Penguin Random House. A few years later I sold the company to the regional category leader for a 10x return. Everything I recommend to brands today, I have done with my own money on the line.

Some brands need hands on content. Some need a smarter social strategy. Some need a partner who can step into a campaign, creator program, launch, or content system and help make it work. I can meet you where you are.
For brands that need a stronger foundation. I can help define your brand positioning, social strategy, platform roles, creator strategy, and the plan to take a product or campaign to market.
For brands that need UGC, product demos, lifestyle videos, unboxings, tutorials, paid social style assets, or brand owned social content. I can create content that feels natural, clear, and easy for your audience to connect with.
For brands that need support on a specific launch, campaign, creator program, partnership, retail moment, or content challenge. I can help shape the idea, organize the work, guide the creative, and make sure the final output is useful for the brand.
Whether you need me behind the camera, behind the strategy, or somewhere in the middle, I can help turn the idea into content your brand can actually use.
I bring a rare mix of senior social strategy and hands on content creation. Professionally, I build social ecosystems, creator programs, content frameworks, and campaigns for major consumer brands. Personally, I have loved making content for as long as I can remember.
What makes my work different is that I understand both sides. I know what feels natural to an audience, and I know what a brand needs the asset to do. I think through the hook, product benefit, audience, pacing, platform, usage, approvals, and how the content can work across organic social, paid campaigns, retail, websites, and community.
I also write You're Going To Want To Hear This, a newsletter about marketing, unfiltered.

Neon Pink is a personal project I built from scratch: a content channel and community helping parents raise confident tween girls. It showed my voice as a creator, my ability to build a content world end to end, and my love for storytelling that felt warm, useful, and deeply connected to real life.
